In a medium bowl mix the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and then add to the dry ingredients. Beat with and electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in the boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until wooden tooth pick comes out clean.
