?Preheat the oven to 350˚ (180˚ C)?In a food processor with the stainless-steel blade, combine the sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking soda, and sour cream. Process until smooth, 1/2 minutes. I use a pastry cutter instead.?Distribute half the batter evenly among the cups of a greased muffin pan.?In a small bowl, combine the pecans, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Sprinkle half over the batter in the pan. Top with remaining batter, then sprinkle with the remaining pecan mixture.?Bake until the cupcakes spring back when lightly touched, 20-25 minutes. Cook in the pan for 5 minutes.
