Here is how you make Higher Protein Pizza Dough:

1) Disolve the sugar in the warm water. Activate the dry yeast by adding to the warm water & sugar. It should become foamy within 10 minutes.2) Combine the dry ingredients. 3) Add the oil to the activated yeast, water liquid, combine with the dry ingredients and knead into a working dough.4) Add more water or flour if needed to adjust to desired softness. 5) Knead for a total of about 5 minutes. Kneading longer will make the dough more taffy like.6) Set in dry, warm place for dough to rise and double in size. Keep dough covered to avoid drying it out.7) Punch down dough, knead slightly and then spread out with hands or roll out. 8) If using a pizza stone spread your toppings and bake in oven.
