3/4 package of frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
1 1/2 cups imitation crab meat, chopped
1/2 cup parmesean cheese, divided
1/8 - 1/4 cup old bay seasoning
Garlic Powder

Here is how you make Spinach and Crab Dip:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Soften cream cheese in microwave or on the stove. Add in old bay seasoning to taste and a few drops of hot sauce if desired. Add in a sprinkle of garlic powder, and half of the parmeasean cheese. Once mixed, fold in spinach and crab meat. Spread in baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
