Here is how you make Strawberry Buttercream Icing:

1) Place frozen strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat with a few drops of water; bring to a boil, stirring often. When strawberries are thawed, use an immersion blender to puree finely.2) Continue to cook until puree is reduced by at least half, about 20 minutes.
