Here is how you make Broccoli Sandwich:

Wash and dry off broccoli bunch. With knife cut off florets to use. Make sure broccoli is dry. Heat a saute pan with 2-3 TBSP of EVOO or more to taste. Add chopped Garlic, saute just till Tender. Add pepper flakes, salt & pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Take your Italian bread, kaiser rolls, cut open and spread broccoli evenly. Sprinkle or shave parmesan chesse.
