Here is how you make 6-Chicken Kabobs:

Mix onion, parsley, garlic, chicken, salt, spices and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, place in a bowl. Add 1/4 of the eggs and 1/4 of the breadcrumbs to the chicken mixture. Use about a large egg sized portion of the meat mixture and roll it into a finger shape. Dip it into the eggs than breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden, drain on paper towels.(For less fat, try spraying a baking sheet with cooking spray, place the fingers on the tray, then spray the top of the fingers. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes)Makes about 15 servings, one kabob each.
