In large mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup dry oats. Add 1/2 cooked (1/4 C dry) quinoa to bowl. I used leftover quinoa.

Add 6 servings of muscle tech whey protein. Stir & mix.
Add 2 Tbs EACH of the followingseeds:
Flax, Chia, & Sesame

Chop more finely 1/2 Cup of slivered almonds & 1/2 Cup of Planters Mixed Nuts. Add to the mix & stir again.

Wash & de-core 2 pears. Chop the flesh & skin to a pulp. Add to the bowl & mix. Not all the dry will take here. Add 4 Tbs cocoa to bowl. Mix.
Add 1/2 C smooth peanut butter to bowl & 2 Tbs pure vanilla. Mix very well. Texture should be like a thick paste, or a concrete.

Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non stick spray like Pam. Put contents into into pan & spread out level. Put into preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. You will smell it when it is done!
