Boil eggs 1 minute. Remove from heat and cover with lid. Let steam 10 minutes. Drain. Run cold water over until cool to touch. Peel eggs under running water (carefully). cut eggs in 1/2, remove yolks to mixing bowl. Mash yolks until fine. Add other ingredients and cream all together. Fill eggs 1 hour before serving.
