Shell peanuts, roast in the oven for 10 min on 350 till shiny and oily. Put in Food processor. Process on high for a minute. Add salt, add oil by drizzling. Continue to process on high approx 4 min. Refrigerate after making. Will last 2 weeks in fridge if you can keep out of it. It don't taste great when you make it but wait 24 hours. It is THE BOMB!!!Serving Size:?1 quart
