In a 6 quart crock pot, mix together all ingredients, except the pork.2. Trim the pork should of any large pieces of fat, and divide into at least 4 pieces.3. Add the pork to the combined ingredients in the slow-cooker, being sure to cover all pieces with the sauce mixture.4. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.* 5.
