Makes 6 ServingsTo Cook Quinoa,Bring 2 Cups water to a boil in a 2 quart sauce pan. Add 1 cup Quinoa, bring back to a boil, cover, cook over meduim heat for 12 minutes or until Quinoa has absorbed all the water. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork, cover and let stand 15 minutes.
