Fry bacon until very crisp, drain well on paper towel and break into large crumbles.Cut brocolli into bite-size florets and add chopped onion, raisins and sunflower kernels.Mix together Salad Cream, sugar and vinegar until well combined and toss gently with brocolli mixture.
