Be patient. It will eventually thicken. You can turn the heat up a little higher to get it going and to bubble, but quickly turn it down. When it is thickening, take it off the heat as it will continue to thicken with the heated pan. Continue stirring for a little bit as it cools.Pour onto the cabbage in large mixing bowl and mix it up. Don't worry if it looks like you don't have enough of the dressing. It will all mix in.
