Place bread dough, seam sides down, along length of pan. Using a serrated bread knife, make four diagonal cuts, 1/2 inch deep, on top of the loaf of dough. In a small batter bowl, whisk egg white and salt, pepper, and a dash of italian or southwestern seasoning. Brush over dough using a pastry brush. Bake 25-27 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove bread from pan to a cooling rack; set aside.Slice bell peppers into 1/2-inch strips using a knife. Slice onion; cut slices in half.
