Here is how you make Turkey Chili (low sodium):

Soak the dry beans in water overnight. Put beans in big pot with a little water to cover and set to simmer. Chop onion and put in frying pan with turkey to brown. When meat is no longer pink and onions are transparent, add to pot with beans. Add rest of ingredients. Add more water to cover. Allow to simmer on low until beans are soft (about 2 hours).
