Here is how you make Chicken Shwarma Salad with CousCous:

In a bowl large enough to marinate the chicken in, combine 1/4 package Shwarma seasoning mix with enough water to make a paste. Mix chicken in with the seasoning. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Cook through till there is no pink in the middle. Cut into strips. Prepare couscous according to directions on package.On each plate, put 1 cup lettuce, some onions. On top of that put 1/4 cup each of cooked cous cous and some crumbled feta or blue cheese.
