Here is how you make Black Bean Couscous Salad:

In a sauce pan, bring chicken stock to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in couscous, cover and set aside for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, wisk together the olive il, red wine vinegar, cumin and lime juice. In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, onion, tomatoes. Mix well. When couscous is done, fluff with a fork, then add to the bean mixture. Add the oil mixture and toss well to coat. Serve room temperature or chilled.
