Here is how you make Quick Bean Burgers:

Mash beans in a mixing bowl. Add condiments and seasonings to taste (I like to add garlic salt, chile powder, cumin and grill seasoning. Sometimes I use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup or mustard.) Mix well. Add oats and mix until fully incorporated. Shape patties and bake on a parchment-lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees. Flip once at 10 minutes, then cook another 10 for a total of 20 minutes. Serving Size:?Makes 6 large patties (or 8 small ones)
