Combine dry mix in a bowl and fluff with your hand.Combine and mix well wet mix in a separate bowl.Make a well in the dry mix and add wet mixture.Form dough ball and Knead for approx. 5-10 min.Place dough in an oil coated bowl and cover with a cheese cloth.Allow dough to rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hour, or until about double in size.Knead again for about 5 - 10 min.Form into whatever type of bread you wish to make and place on a greased cookie sheet.Allow to rise again for 30-40 min.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
