3 C whole wheat flour
1 C slivered almonds, toasted
4 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 C ground flax seed
1/2 C wheat germ

In 2 cup measure, add honey and molasses with warm (not hotter than 120 degrees F) water. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, approximately 30 minutes. When doubled, roll out and shape into loaf and place in greased bread pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and allow to rise again, approximately 30 minutes.Bake in 450-degree oven for 15 minutes.
