Here is how you make My Easy Sloppy Joes:

Brown ground beef with onion, salt, pepper. Drain, and return to pan. Stir in liquid smoke ketchup, mustard. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Ketchup is approximately 3/4 cup per pound. Adjust amount for desired consistency. I prefer mine a little thicker, so use just a tad less ketchup. I use about 1/4 cup per bun. (I'll have to update serving sizes after I cook this tonight- for calorie accuracy.)Serving Size: 1/4 cup meat mix, 1 bun - up to 16 sandwiches
