Bun:-Spray bun lightly with Pam cooking spray (on both sides).-Sprinlke 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder on both sides-Toast until lightly golden brown-Spread 1/8 cup marinara sauce on each side of bun (wait to do this step and apply right before the chicken is placed so that the bun wont be soggy)Chicken: -Take a chicken breast (size may vary) and chop into pieces.
