Here is how you make Avocado and Tomato sandwich:

Take 1 small avocado, remove skin and seed, and cut into thin slices. Cut 2 thin slices off the tomato (optional). Toast 2 pieces of your favorite bread, then spread on roughly 1tbsp of fat free/ low fat mayo. Top with the avocado and tomato slices, and pinch off a little bit of the alfalfa sprouts (about 2tbsp). Salt and pepper to taste (I find the avocado only needs a very little bit to add some nice flavor). My favorite thing to drink with this is water... really, they go together.
