Cover and turn heat to low for another 3 minutes, then turn off heat.Scoop avocado out into a medium sized bowl. Chop the pear and scallions, and add them to the bowl. Add a dash of cayenne or hot sauce. Stir all with a wooden spoon until well mixed.Put cooked dandelions on each plate and top with 2 tablespoons of avocado mixture.
