I call it a "relish" but it could be described as a salsa, dip or salad. Scoop it up with chips, pile it into a whole grain pita with some plain Greek yogurt or enjoy it like a salad. This is a very versatile, healthy and satisfying side dish or can easily turn into a meal. I had this at a friend's house and guessed on recreating the recipe, but got pretty darn close.
