How Do I Make Sauteed Greens and Beans?

Here is how you make Sauteed Greens and Beans:

Remove stems from greens, slice onion into thin slices and dice garlic. In a large pan, add olive oil and sautee garlic and onion with pepper flakes. When garlic is brown and onion slightly transparent, began to add greens slowly until they wilt. Once greens are wilted , add stock and simmer until greens are tender. Add beans and cook an additonal 2 minutes until beans are softened. Season with salt, pepper and a little vinegar. Makes about 4 cups.
