Here is how you make Brown Bread:

1. Preheat oven to 180?C/ 350?F 2. Flour two 1lb loaf pans.3. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.4. Add buttermilk and olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. The mixture should not be too wet but you shouldn't be able to mold it into a loaf.5. Divide the mixture between the two loaf pans, sprinkle with seeds if desired and place in the oven for 35-45 minutes until a metal skewer comes out clean.6. Remove from pans and wrap in a damp tea-cloth and if possible leave overnight before slicing.
