* *Flour (white, bread), 4 cup
* Corn meal - 1 tbsp
* Olive oil - 2 tsp

Here is how you make Garlic-Parmesan Bread:

PREPARATION - - - - - - Peel and mince garlic.In a mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in water. Add yeast and stir to dissolve. Allow yeast to proof for a few minutes (just to be sure it's active).Add salt and two cups of flour, mixing until smooth. Add another cups of flour and fold into batter. Fold as much of the last cup of flour as needed to form a stiff dough, kneading until no longer sticky (takes about ten minutes). Add Parmesan, kneading until cheese is incorporated into dough. Shape into a ball.Place olive oil in a large bowl. Add dough, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover bowl with a cloth and place in a warm, draft-free place to rise for one hour (should double in bulk).Punch down dough and shape into free-form loaf. Sprinkle corn meal to form a light layer over a baking sheet. Place loaf on sheet and cover with cloth. Return to warm, draft-free place to rise for another hour.Pre-heat oven to 375 F.
