Preheat oven to 375, and grease bread pan.Combine all the dry ingredients including the yeast in a bowl.in another bowl, mix water( 1 1/2 c plus 2Tbls) with the oil, and egg. Then combine and mix well, pour into greased bread pan and cover with towel to rise 1 hr. Then place in oven and bake for 50 min.Remove from oven and let stand about 5 min, then turn out onto cooling rack to cool.
