Punch down and let rise until double again about 30 minutes.punch down dough, divide in half and shape each half into a loaf .place in 2 oiled 8*4 pans.cover and let rise until double , 15-20 minutes.bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. reduce heat to 350 and continue to bake for 35 minutes.remove from pans and cool on rack.
