Add honey & oil and mix on 1 until combined. Add 5 c. of flour and mix on 1 until combined. Add yeast, dough enhancer and 5 c. of flour and mix until combined. While running on speed 1 add flour, one cup at a time, until the dough "cleans the side of the bowl. Then let the mixer run for 6 mintues on speed 1. Then let dough rest for 15 mintues. Divide dough into 4 loaf pans put them in an oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes. Turn off oven and let the dough sit for 30 minutes. Then cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
