1 C warm water in bowl of stand mixer.Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow to dissolove 5 min.In sauce pan mix milk, butter, sugar, and salt.Heat on medium until butter melts. Allow to cool.Pour 2 1/2 C of all purpose flour and the milk mixture into the yeast mixture.
