Here is how you make No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread:

Activate yeast in water for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients to mixer fitted with paddle attachment and mix until done. Scrape down and leave in bottom of bowl. Cover with a plate and leave on the countertop for 2 hours or more (even up until overnight). 30 minutes before baking put a large Dutch oven (iron) into the oven and turn oven to 500 degrees. When 30 minutes has passed, remove pan and add raised dough to pan. Careful pot will be hot. Put a lid on top and bake bread for 30 minutes. If it's not dark enough, remove lid and continue baking another 2-5 minutes to get desired color.
