Combine flour and salt. Add enough water to make a dough that will clean sides of bowl and gather into a ball. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead ten minutes. Shape into ball and cut in half. Cut each half into 8 pieces and form into 16 balls. Roll out each ball to form a 7" circle. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
