.5 cup Flaxseed Meal
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice or to taste
2 tsp. Baking Soda
.5 tsp. Baking Powder
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Zucchini Bread:

Preheat oven to 325? F (165? C). Grease & flour four 8x4 loaf pans.In large bowl beat eggs until light & frothy. Mix in oil & sugar. Add zucchini & vanilla, mix. Combine dry ingredients & stir into egg mixture. Divide batter into prepared pans. Bake for 60-70 minute or until done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, remove from pans and cool completely before slicing. Store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
