Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, let them splutter then add green chillies, onion and curry leaves. Cook onions until translucent and then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell is gone. Add Capsicum, fry for a min and then add tomatoes, cook little until tomatoes start getting tender. Then add cauliflower and broccoli also and bring all together. Add little salt and cook for 2 more minutes and then sprinkle cilantro, toss all together and turn off the heat.
