Leave the butter out to soften.In a big bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and baking soda, blending well with a fork.In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter (softened), and honey. Add to the dry ingredients and stir with a fork to blend thoroughly. Preheat your oven for 350 degrees. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in wax paper, and place in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick silpat. Place the chilled dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll to a thickness of about 1 inch. Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter.Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until they're browned on the outside and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
