Crush the cereal slightly with a fork.-Mix crushed cereal, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, splenda, cinnamon and salt.-Place the 1/4 cup peanut butter and the 2 tbsp coconut oil in small glass dish and microwave for 35 seconds. Stir to blend and add to dry ingredients, stirring until mixture is crumbly. (If it seems to dry, add orange or apple juice a teaspoon at a time until it crumbles nicely.)-Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable spray. Spread granola onto tray and bake in 325 oven for 15 min. or until slightly browned.-IMPORTANT: Once it's in the oven, stir the granola about every 4 minutes. It may well be done before 15 minutes are up. -Add the raisins after you remove the granola from the oven.-Cool and store at room temperature in an air-tight container.Makes 10 1/4-cup servings.
