2 t Italian Seasoning

1 C milk
1 C Sour Cream
3 C grated sharp cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Loaded Cauliflower Casserole:

In large pot of boiling water, cook cauliflower until tender. Drain. When cool enough to handle, cut cauliflower from stems and into small pieces. Place in a large bowl. While Cauliflower is cooking, chop and saute onions over medium heat until softened and translucent. Add garlic and seasonings and saute to cook garlic -- do not overcook the garlic.Stir 1 cup sour cream and 2 cups cheddar cheese into the cauliflower. Stir onion mixture into Cauliflower/sour cream mixture.Melt butter in saucepan. Whisk in flour until well blended. Add milk and whisk well over medium heat. Continue heating, whisking to ensure there are no lumps and prevent scorching. until sauce is thickened. Pour into Cauliflower mixture. Stir in 2 T bacon crumbles.Pour into 8 x 8 or 3 qt casserole. Sprinkle remaining cup of cheese and remaining 2 T of bacon crumbles on top.
