Here is how you make Baked Macaroni and Cheese (Longaberger recipe):

Reserve 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for later.Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and return to the pan. Add 1/4 c butter and remaining chddar and smoked gouda and stir. Add eggs, milk, and salts/pepper and stir well. Cook over low-medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into 2 quart baking dish, top with 1/2 c reserved cheddar. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes. Stir in cheddar on top and add a topping of the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and 2 T melted butter. Bake for 15 additional minutes. Serve immediately.
