1. Boil macaroni per directions, drain when done and set aside2. Mix flour, margarine, salt & pepper in 2-qt sauce pan & cook over low heat. Mixture will thicken but be careful it burns easily. 3. Gradually add in skim milk & mix well with NO lumps. 4. Add in shredded cheese & continue stirring until melted. 5. Add in egg beater. (If using real eggs, mix slightly in a separate bowl before adding.) 6. Add Macaroni to cheese-sauce & mix well as adding7. Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray & pour mix into 8. Sprinkle paprika over top9.
