Spray a 3-4 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Combine cooked pasta, 3 cups of cheese, milk, eggs, ham, onion and pepper together in the crockpot; mix well. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over top of the pasta mixture. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours (cooking for closer to 4 hours will give you a bit of a crispy crust, almost as good as baked mac & cheese!).Serving Size:?Makes 8 1-cup servings
