Combine quinoa and water in saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Cover and reduce to a simmer until cooked through (approx. 10 minutes but watch it closely so it doesn't burn.)3. In a food processor, combine next three ingredients and puree until smooth.4. Spray a 13"x9" baking dish with canola oil.5.
