1.5 tbsp margarine

Here is how you make Cheese Souffle:

1 - In a small saucepan melt butter.2 - Stir in the flour until it takes on a smooth consistency.3 - Stirring, slowly add milk and bring to a boil.4 - While waiting for milk to boil, cut cheese slices into small pieces no larger than 1/2".5 - Cook and stir for about 1-2 minutes and/or until it thickens.6 - Reduce the heat and stir in the cheese until its melted.7 - Remove from heat. Pour a small amount of the butter/flour mixture into the egg yolks and stir until it's combined.8 - Return everything to the saucepan and stir until it's slightly cooled.9 - Using a beater and a mixing bowl, beat egg white until stiff peaks are formed.10 - Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.11 - Pour into 2 slightly buttered or greased ramekins or similar dishes.12 - Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
