How Do I Make Steak and Cheese Eggrolls?

Here is how you make Steak and Cheese Eggrolls:

I make these in batches but this is a breakdown of a single Egg Roll. Fry Steakums per directions. Then lay Wonton wrapper flat (in a diamond shape) and place half slice of swiss cheese (i think provolone would work well also) in center. Put 1/2 of steakum ontop of cheese and fold wonton wrapper per instructions. Seal end with a small bit of water. Fry for 2-3 minutes until Golden Brown and drain on paper towel.
