2 Boxes of Stove Top Stuffing Chicken Flavored
8 Tablespoons of Blue Bonnet Margarine
8 Oz of Daisy Sour Cream
20 Oz Pilgram's Pride Chicken Tenderloins

Brands can be substituted with brand of your choice, calorie counts may be slightly different.

Chicken can be changed to 1 lb of chicken breasts if desired, the packages we use are 20 oz is the only reason it's used.

If you really like sour cream, you can add a bit more to add more taste to it, just don't add too much or it could be a bit soupy after cooked.

Here is how you make Chicken Stuffing:

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine raw diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed veggies and sour cream and mix well. Spread the chicken mixture into a baking pan (pyrex or other similar 13x9 or so dish) and spread evenly to bake properly.On the stove prepare 2 boxes of Stove Top Chicken following directions. For this recipe substitute the butter called for on the box with the Blue Bonnet Light Margarine (lots fewer calories).Top with the stove top mix evenly spread across the chicken mixture.Ensure everything is as evenly spread as possible so that the chicken cooks thoroughly.After about 90 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees pull out and check a few pieces of the chicken to ensure that they are completely cooked and then serve.
