It's like visiting happy memories every time I make these for my kids and they love them too. Crispy Corn Sticks just it the spot!My mom used a 8.75 can of Creamed Corn which is hard to find so I have adapted the recipe below for the 14.75 cans but if you can find the smaller cans, that recipe is below as well.

How Do I Make Mom's Crispy Corn Sticks?

Here is how you make Mom's Crispy Corn Sticks:

Materials: Large BowlMeasuring CupsMeasuring SpoonsLarge baking pan 12" x 17" (or 2 medium 10" x 15" for large can) with at least a 1" high ledgeSpatulaClean surface or plastic wrap or board for kneading doughDIRECTIONS FOR MAKING DOUGH:Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees (convection not recommended).Measure the Bisquick (or Bisquick substitute ingredients) and Creamed Corn into a large bowl.Combine the ingredients well.Flour a clean surface or four a large piece of plastic wrap.Place butter (last ingredient) into the baking pan (or pans) and place into preheated oven to melt.Scrape out the mixture onto the floured surface or floured plastic wrap.Knead the mixture about 15 times to further incorporate the ingredients and then pat down (or roll) the mixture into a 1/2" thick large rectangular shape.Cut the flattened mixture into 1" x 4" strips. Any mixture left over combine and form into the remaining strips.Transfer the strips to the baking pan(s).Flip the strips over to coat both sides with butter.Bake for 10-12 minutes in 450 degree oven.Remove from oven and let cool in the pan.Transfer from baking pan(s) to serving platter to serve once cooled.Large Can Serves 12-15 people Small Can serves 8-12 peopleRECOMMENDATION:Serve with southern favorites!
