Prepare brussels sprouts for roasting: Slice off a very thin piece from the root end of each sprout. This should release the outer leaves which can be removed to find the clean leaves inside. Cut sprouts in half, or large sprouts in quarters.2. Place sprouts, cut sides up, in a shallow, rimmed pan (lined with foil for easy clean up!). Mist lightly with spray oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.3. Roast sprouts for 20-25 minutes or until crisp tender and browning. (Sprouts could also be steamed. If you chose to steam, leave the water OUT of the dressing)4. While sprouts are roasting, prepare the dressing: Mix bacon bits, sour cream, horseradish, water, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. 5.
