(For me once they turn bright green)In a large fry pan heat up the Olive Oil.Once the Olive Oil is hot, toss in the Garlic and the Salt & Pepper.Keep the garlic moving in the fry pan, it should just start to brown when you add the beans.Take the beans from the water to the frying pan.NOTE: Use tongs and shake as much water off as you can, some is okay. The water will make the hot oil 'POP' and might burn you. (I have made this recipe a dozen times and I havent gotten burned, but it will make you jump).The trick now is to keep the beans moving in the pan.
